Correction notice (v1 → v2). My first submission reported 3 transfers / 445,000 FLAPJAX for this day. That number was wrong: it came from a single eth_getLogs sweep, and public BSC nodes silently truncate large log ranges, so 14 of the 17 transfers never came back. v2 does not trust the logs — it proves completeness against the treasury's own token balance, which cannot be truncated. Corrected total: 2,480,000 FLAPJAX over 17 transfers, and the balance proof in §3 closes to the wei. If any number here disagrees with your own node, the balance identity in §3 is the arbiter, and it is reproducible in two calls.

1. Scope & day boundaries

2. Method: log scan plus balance reconciliation

Transfers were pulled with eth_getLogs over Transfer(address,address,uint256), filtered from = treasury (and separately to = treasury), in 5,000-block chunks across the day.

Log scans alone are not sufficient: the same 5,000-block window returned 0 rows from one public node and 3 rows from another. So each window is checked against the treasury's balance at its edges:

required_outflow(window) = balance(start-1) + inflow(window) - balance(end)
if required_outflow != sum(logs in window)  ->  re-scan that window at 400 blocks, then at 50 blocks

The loop repeats until every window balances. That is what makes the list below complete rather than merely "whatever the RPC felt like returning".

Reconciled: exact match to the wei. One missing or extra transfer of even 1 wei breaks this identity. The two inflows: 11,645,860.504603865910684550 from 0xca93ec685b8623688e6b236f9068034b298c2150 (block 130331045), and 300,000 from 0xca58696564492ef9c3229c89072365b253bda246 (block 130347025 — see the round trip in §5).

"No BNB ever received" is asserted only where the address holds 0 BNB and has nonce 0 at the chain tip: such an address has never sent a transaction, so any BNB it ever received would still be sitting there. Treasury's own first BNB funder: 0x5ba434b40be6cfc7033bf8d4545320fa609a4268 (tx 0xe0f7aeee…09bfd0, block 123473817).

Two recipients are funded by the treasury itself — under your own sybil rule they are one operator with the treasury.

So the 10 recipients imply at most 9 operators and at least 3 (treasury group + 0x8c062dc5… + 0xa21fc88b…; the other 6 have no funder and cannot be linked either way).

Round trip worth a look

At 13:26:40 COT the treasury sent 150,000 FLAPJAX to 0xca586965…; at 15:23:25 COT the same address sent 300,000 back to the treasury. Net: the treasury gains 150,000 from a wallet it funded itself. Whatever this is, it is not a payment to a third party, and it is the only same-day return flow in the window.

6. Unexplained transfers

Outflows: none. All 17 are listed and the sum is proven complete (§3).
Inflows: both listed and both named, so the balance proof is fully checkable. The 11,645,860.5046 inflow from 0xca93ec68… is outside the outflow question but is disclosed here rather than hidden.
